Dr. Speed is an all in one software to optimize your Internet connection and your memory as well.

Dr. Speed NetRx program was designed to help your computer get the most out of it's internet connection. It optimizes your registry to make sure that your computer is communicating at it's maximum efficiency. It also creates a roadmap to websites that you visited in order to cut out the DNS lookup in future increasing the speed of surfing drastically.

To optimize your computer open up NetRx by double clicking the NetRx icon located on your desktop. It will open and then automatically minimize to your task bar by your clock. Just double click the NetRx Icon on the bottom right.

Just choose your connection type and click the corresponding button. A message will appear reminding you to hit the optimize button. Just hit ok and then hit the optimize button. After a short moment, you will receive a completion notice and a reminder to reboot. Hit Ok and then reboot. You have been optimized. It is as easy as that.

Another way Dr. Speed increases your surfing speed is to create a virtual roadmap to the websites you visit on the internet. This keeps your computer to have to ask directions for every page and every item on the page. This cuts out a large amount of time when surfing. Every time you visit a site, Dr. Speed records the physical address of the webserver on your computer. We call these "Optimized Websites" If you click on the Optimized Websites button you will see a list of the websites you have visited and the physical address of the webserver. It looks like below:

Please note that you must have the Enable Automatic URL Optimization Box Check to enable this feature. you can manually add a new site by entering the domain name in the box labeled Enter New Website and hit the Add New button below it. It will look up the address and enter it into the Optimized Websites List. If you want to remove a website, simply hit the Edit Optimized Sites button.

Dr. Speed allows you to block Internet Explorer Popups. When you are surfing with Internet Explorer you can choose to disable Internet Explorer Pop Ups. You can do this in one of two ways. The first way is to right click the NetRx Icon in the bottom right and choose Block IE Popups.

Dr. Speeds MemRX is a memory optimization program that cleans out the trash in your memory and frees up more memory to make a faster and more stable computing environment. It runs silently in the background and cleans the memory at set time intervals automatically. You can also manually clean your memory at any time you want. It gives you a freshly rebooted computer without the rebooting.

MemRx cleans your memory at set intervals. You can choose between four different time intervals depending on how intensive you work on your computer. By default it is cleaned hourly, but you can set it to 20 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours. To set up MemRX simply double click on the MemRX icon on your desktop. Then click on the Schedule tab, check the Start Scheduler Automatically box, and choose the time interval you wish. You will then see the countdown for the next cleaning.

You can also clean your memory manually. Let's say you have a bunch of windows open and your computer starts to act a little sluggish. More than likely a memory clean will speed every thing up drastically. Simply open the MemRX control panel by clicking on the MemRX Icon located on the lower right of your screen.

You'll see the recycle symbol rotating. this will let you know that your memory is being cleaned. When it is done cleaning, the recycle symbol will disappear and you will notice that your free memory will have increased dramatically. You can do this any time that you want to as often as you want. It won't hurt anyhing.

Another great feature of Dr. Speed's MemRX is the System Summary feature. Simply click on the Extras tab and then hit the System Info button.
